Filter for woody biomass heating
OekoSolve develops electrostatic precipitators (ESP) for woody biomass heaters up to 3 MW and the wood chip dryer with an integrated electrostatic precipitator up to 10 MW. The particulate filters, which are based on the electrostatic principle, ensure the compliance with the statutory regulations with regard to the maximum permissible particulate matter load for wood combustion systems. The fine dust filters can be used in any wood stoves for pellets, wood chips and wood logs.
The particulate separators are mounted either at the end of the smoke stack or directly behind the wood stoves. The new OekoTube-Inside up to 100 kW can also be walled in. Due to the in-house production of the fine dust filters, individual customer solutions regarding specific dimensions and installation requirements can be resolved in almost all cases. For home wood heating systems.
The electrostatic filter OekoTube-Outside substantially reduces your particulate matter (PM) from small wood-fired stoves including open fireplaces, free standing wood stoves, pellet stoves and coal stoves.
The electrostatic precipitator (ESP) OekoTube-Outside is designed and suitable for all wood fires with a capacity below 50 kW and is mounted on top of the chimney or it can be inserted next to the wood stove with the ESP OekoTube-Inside.
The filter can easily be fitted to new or retrofitted to existing wood-heating systems with most chimney types.

Electrostatic precipitator for your wood firing up to 100 kW
The electrostatic precipitator OekoTube-Inside is approved for wood firing up to 100 kW and is mounted in the boiler room.
This filter is also available with a semi-automatic cleaning system. By adding simple additional measures such as longer separation distance, longer electrodes or by widening the diameter, the separation efficiency and cleaning intervals can be optimized. We recommend such as amendments for outputs over 50 kW.

The electrostatic precipitator OekoRona is suitable for all automatic wood-fired systems, using wood chips, pellets or wood logs with an output of up to 500 kW.
The electrostatic separator is mounted in the boiler room and can be used as a retrofit or for new installations. The mechanical cleaning mechanism enables a fully automatic operation and reduces maintenance to a minimum.

The precipitator OekoRona M is an electrostatic precipitator which considerably reduces the emission of micro-dust caused by wood and coal boilers with outputs between 200 kW and 3 MW.
The modular design allows installations on both new and existing systems. The mechanical cleaning mechanism enables a fully automatic operation of the separator and reduces maintenance to a minimum.
